Forever 28~

I have to post this, if not, I’ll get curse by La Queen.

This is a birthday card that I received one day before my birthday. It is from La Queen at UK. She didn’t send me the virtual E-Card, but choose to send the REAL card. This makes me surprised. Besides, she makes call to me in my birthday eve. Glad to hear that she still fine.

By the way, I afraid she forgotten that she is Chinese educated one. The card is written in English! She is really sick!

Btw, she is pretty and young (?), single some more. Does anyone here interested?

When Malaysian heard about “Toll fare increase“, definitely will feel scare. Malaysian live in the country with a lot of burden, we are encountering price increase every year. But not all the Malaysian will get salary increment every year. If we take inflation in account, we are earning lesser year by year.

So, what do you think when you see the title in this post?

It is say about the concessionaire (KLBK Sdn Bhd) of the Butterworth-Kulim Expressway has submitted request to increase the toll rates. This highway operates since 1996, based on the contract with the government, they are allowed to revise (read: increase) the toll rates every THREE years!  

Refer to the contract; this agreement would be effective from 1996 till 2026. The toll rates have been reviewed three times since 1996. If the government approved this proposal, the new toll rate is going to take effective on January, 2008.

Perhaps KL people won’t feel its pain, but do you think we would be so lucky to avoid the price increase in other tolls? I doubt it~!

Let me show you my calculation on my age starting next year:

Year of born = year of born + 1

For instance, I was born at 1979. So, by next year:

Year of born = 1979 + 1 = 1980

Hence, my age still remain at 28 years old~!

I am talking crap right? Just showing you some simple calculation~~

I was talked about ferries fare increase, now the bread price is raised on 2nd Norvember. This is really a bad news to me, as I have bread everyday for my breakfast.

Based on the news, Malaysia’s bread price will going to increase about 20 to 50 cents per loaf due to the price increased in enriched wheat flour. The white sandwich Gardinia bread have increased its price to RM2.10 from RM1.80, the wholemeal bread will increase to RM2.70 from RM2.50!

I hope tomorrow I won’t write about the same thing… I am not really happy to write price increase.
