Penang second bridge

Everytime I listening to the MixFM traffic report, I would probably get inform that the Penang Bridge is congested, or moving bumper-to-bumper. The traffic clogging is serious at Penang Bridge.
Thus, the Penang Second Bridge is proposed and has started after completion of initial works. It would be the 24km bridge between Batu Kawan on the mainland Penang and Batu Maung on the island. The bridge would be the longest in South-East Asia when completed in January 2011.
