My young metabolism age

Last week, our company has conducted a basic health screening for the staffs. In this basic health screening, they checked blood pressure, muscle composition, total fat, metabolism age, and etc.
The screening is done by the machine. My screening result shown that my metabolism age is still at 17 years old! It is 11 years younger than my actual age! Some of my colleagues get the result shown that their metabolism age is 57 to 65! Indeed, they are only 30+ years old.
The pharmacist told me exercise helps a lot in maintaining healthy body. This is one of the reasons I get such a young metabolism age! Perhaps I have over rated Forever 28 in the blog, it should be Forever 17! Haha!!

my bp is same as yrs…. the guy who did the test on me was amazed when he got all the results.. he told me either i worked very hard to keep myself fit or i am jus lucky
