Change to NGV?

Posted by admin on Jun-7-2008

Everyone gets suffer from the increase of the petrol price. It increases drastically and causing the people to find alternative to overcome the problem. A lot of cars owner has installed NGV (Natural Gas Vehicles) as the alternative to move their car.

As I know, the installation fees for NGV are around RM2500 to RM7500. It depends on your car’s capacity and the engine technology. Recently, the car workshop accepts a lot of orders from the car owners. Frankly, it is worth to do it in the long run because the natural gas is cheaper than petrol! Besides, it is more environmental as well.

However, I am not a car heavy user. I only drive to office, fitness, and sometime shopping. I heard we need to apply licence if we want to do modification towards our car. Besiedes, the “power” of your car might be decreased. Is it true?

Will you change it NGV? How much it costs you?
