Forever 28~

I have quite a long time didn’t have Durian. I remembered it used to be famous local fruit in my family about 15 years ago. We were gathered together and craving for this luxury fruit (it used to be very expensive).

However, we stopped to consume it long time ago due to it is quite heatty. We thought it is full with cholesterol. But, when I searched for the durian nutrition fact, it said 0% cholesterol in Durian. But it is still high in calories and fat.

The good: This food is very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Vitamin B6 and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C.

I had a small durian when I went back to hometown few weeks ago. I am not a durian fanatic, but I don’t mind to have it occasionally. Besides, now I can “open” the durian by my own, haha!!

I have long time didn’t get sick. But, I felt fever yesterday morning. Indeed, I am quite shock with this suddenly sickness.

I refused to see doctor, I don’t want to take that medicine (or poison indeed) and still go to work. I used to suspect I’ve got the dengue fever. I think it is widespread in this area recently. So, I go online and check the dengue fever symptoms:

High Fever – not really
Rash – didn’t find any yet
Severe headache – not really, just feel like heavy
Pain behind the eyes – no
Muscle and joint pain – no, I was thinking to go to gym.
Nausea – a bit
Vomiting – no
Loss of appetite – I eat a lot indeed

So, I think I am safe from dengue. What do you think?

I snapped this photo which I went to the park for the evening walk. I brought the camera along because I have long time didn’t utilize it, haha! I found the leaves in this tree are quite special. The tree is at the lake side, and the leaves are like hanging on the tree. Hope this can match with the theme for this week~!

I received a forwarded email is regarding the dangerous shampoo which already banned in Dubai. It is believed the shampoo contain a chemical substance- Sodium Laureth Sulfate(SLS). This chemical is one of the ingredients in floor cleaner.
