It was my nightmare in domain transfer

After pile of tears and cries, I have restored my lifelong28.com successfully. It was a nightmare for me during I deal with the support from the current web hosting. They didn’t provide good support and their instruction to restore was not clear. Finally, I just try-and-error to restore my blog! Thanks God it works.

The first thing I did when I saw my site up is to change the theme! At last, I found a theme which is matched with my mood! It is morning sunshine! It is full with hopes for my blog!

Perhaps WebHostingPad has too many customers but lack of the technician for support. I understand that because they are providing really competitive hosting fees. But, I really hope they will upgrade their service as soon as possible to serve their customer better!

    I see web hosting as a service industry and if I fail to see good technical support service provided by a web hosting company, then it is time to change a new web host.

    My previous webhosting is providing attentive support. But, sometime the respond given is not constructive… haha… That’s the dilemma.

    I just signup with this webhosting for 42 months contract. I don’t see myself will change to other hosting before it is expired. :)
