Durian.. oh Durian…
I have quite a long time didn’t have Durian. I remembered it used to be famous local fruit in my family about 15 years ago. We were gathered together and craving for this luxury fruit (it used to be very expensive).
However, we stopped to consume it long time ago due to it is quite heatty. We thought it is full with cholesterol. But, when I searched for the durian nutrition fact, it said 0% cholesterol in Durian. But it is still high in calories and fat.
The good: This food is very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Vitamin B6 and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C.
I had a small durian when I went back to hometown few weeks ago. I am not a durian fanatic, but I don’t mind to have it occasionally. Besides, now I can “open” the durian by my own, haha!!

Durian is delicious but its smell…
I love durian wor.. i can eat a lot and a lot and a lot.. and i dono how to open myself. hehe…
MW,
It is smelly, but people like it will not mind, haha~
Jys,
You really can eat a lot wor~~ No heaty mer?

Hah! That is the same reason why I stopped eating Durian completely.
Used to eat lots of it when I was much younger.
DTA,
