Bangkok: Where were we stay?

We stayed two different hotels during we were at Bangkok. We reached Bangkok around 11:40PM and we were staying at Diamond City Inn. This hotel is quite near with MBK shopping complex. Seriously, I don’t like this hotel so much as the breakfast is not many varieties, haha! Anyway, the fried rice served in this hotel during breakfast is really good!

The second hotel we stayed was Bangkok City Inn. The location is really good for those who like to shop! It is closed with the Platinum shopping mall which has a lot of thing to shop. Besides, the location is strategic; there has food stalls within the walking distance. It is also near with Pratunum shopping mall, Central World, and one supermarket which I forgot the name.

I love the breakfast served in this hotel too. Surprisingly, they served pork-rib-bitter-gourd soup at the morning. Besides, the porridge served is much better than Diamond City Inn.

Anyway, I’ve forgot how much I paid for hotel stay at Bangkok. This is because I bought the package from MATTA fair. I remembered we could find better deal thru internet booking if you just want the hotel stay. So, I probably will stay somewhere around there when I visit to Bangkok again!

    for me, it is the food which is important. a room is jus a room unles sthere r resort facilities. the food looks great esp the last pic

    We stayed in Holiday Inn Bangkok when we were there. We made the booking when there was a promotion (well, it was still around RM300 per night) and also because my travel partner is a bit picky about hotels. Anyhow the next time I go there, I will definitely not go for such expensive hotels anymore.

    For me, the cleaniness of the hotel is important too. The second hotel definately met this criteria~

    That is expensive. I think the published price for Bangkok City Inn is about 1400baht but you can get cheaper with online deal. I am satisfied with the room actually, since most of the time we were shopping at outside while at Bangkok, haha~!
