Experience on Malaysia taxi driver

Posted by admin on Nov-18-2008

Did you have any bad experience with Malaysia’s taxi driver?

Honestly, I rarely take taxi when I am in KL. I have my own car. But, I heard from my friends and colleagues (foreigners) about their bad experience with Malaysia’s Taxi driver. Below are the reasons:

1) Overcharged from taxi drivers. For instances, Pavilion > Sunway Pyramid (RM50), Bandar Sri Damansara > PJ (RM50), 2KM distance charged for RM5, and many more.

2) Refused to use meter. The taxi drivers will laugh on you if you (dare) ask for it.

3) Being rude on the road.

I rarely take taxi that’s why I am not sure about taxi fare. But, I believe that was overcharged! They were saying Malaysia’s taxi service is one of the worst in the world. So, what is your opinion on Malaysia taxi driver?

Free RM60 worth of petrol~

Posted by admin on Nov-16-2008

When I was on my way back to home, I heard a special announcement from MyFM cruiser. At that moment, they were waiting at Esso petrol station which is very near to my house. So, I decided drive there and try my luck.

I was the second person reached to that venue. They were playing petrol-filling contest. I have been asked to fill my tank with RM 8.88 worth of petrol in one shot. The closest value to RM8.88 among the five participants will walk away RM100 worth of Smile Point, while the rest get RM50 worth of Smile Point. (Smile Point is exchangeable to petrol value)

I lose in the game, so I only gtt RM50 worth of Smile Point PLUS RM 10 petrol that I pump on the spot. So, today I earned RM60 worth of petrol~!

By the way, I didn’t have Smile Card from Esso/Mobil petrol station. So, I have to apply it on the spot in order to enjoy my prize. I wonder when they will credit it to me~ haha!

Have you ever follow MyFM cruiser?

I am going to Bali with AirAsia~

Posted by admin on Nov-13-2008

I have booked two return tickets to Bali on first day of the AirAsia Free Seat promotion! I am so happy with it!

As you know, AirAsia has abolished fuel surcharge that imposed to their customers before. Without the fuel surcharge and air fare, I managed to book two return flight tickets plus GoInsure with RM176 only. I decided to check-in one luggage when I come back, it is only RM5 extra. So, I paid RM181 in total!

I will travel to Bali on July 2009. It is really an amazing deal! Have you booked your free seats for traveling? Where will you go?

Free seats and no fuel surcharge from AirAsia

Posted by admin on Nov-11-2008

Just few hours later, AirAsia is going to have amazing price slash for its flight seats. As I know, they are giving away half million of free seats to all the destinations! Besides, there is no fuel surcharge for the seat sold after today! I’ve checked seat price for few destinations, it is really affordable when they decided to remove fuel surcharge. So, I am aiming free seat to Bali or Phuket~! It would be amazing low price!

I cannot believe what I seen when the water flow out from pipe. This is the first time I saw Malaysia amazing water quality. This could be used as water filter advertisement to “advise” public to install water filter. Do we have any water filter system which can filter it effectively?
