I received a good new before 2008 is ended. It was a SMS from my colleague. She informed me that our bonus is bank-in to our account. I was so happy and wanted to know how much it would be!
Then, I noticed the amount is far lesser than what I expected. Perhaps I have higher expectation on my company’s performance bonus. For your information, our bonus is divided into two parts: Staff’s Performance bonus and Company Performance bonus. We roughly knew our Staff’s Performance bonus after the appraisal. But the latter one is unknown.
Anyway, I joined this company less than one year. I wonder how they prorated my bonus or I am not eligible for something. Since it is a bonus, so I prefer to see it as something extra from what I suppose to get. I should be grateful.
Christmas is over, but I only got the Christmas present from my housemates after I am in KL. I never expect they will ready any present for me, but they just did it, so sweet of them.
I noticed there is one present which is nicely wrapped. That is from SST, I am amazed with his wrapping skill (although I suspect he bought a ready made gift wrapper). He prepared two socks and one pack of candy for me, so sweet of him!

I watched Ip Man (叶问) in Taiping Sentral cinema when I was in Taiping. I used to mispronounce it as I.P MAN, now I feel a bit silly when I think back about it, haha.
As I know, Ip Man was a martial art master of Bruce Lee. I don’t know much about this great man, but the movie is impressive. It is an action movie. But, the story is good indeed. It is different with other fighting movies which just wanted to show the action part. For me, each fighting scene in this movie was necessary and the action is beautiful.
I know a lot of people don’t like Hongkie-made movie recently. People might have the perception of Hong Kong made movie cannot compare with Hollywood made movies. But, I have to say Ip Man is a great movie as well. It is a movie which worth to watch in cinema.
I didn’t update my blog for one week. This is because I am in my hometown and I do not have internet access from my home. Now, I am accessing internet from my sister’s place.
I am doing spring cleaning for my home. As you know, Chinese New Year is just one month away. I am the only “soldier” to do spring cleaning in this year, so I have to start it earlier! I have to say, it is really tiring!
Anyway, it is just once in a year. I didn’t complaint even I really feel tired. Have you start the spring cleansing for you house?
I was using Shell’s petrol since I bought my first car. Recently, I decided change to other brand of petrol because Shell doesn’t provide RON92 petrol.
I decided to use RON92 petrol when I found that my car is able to run in RON92, and make nodifferent with RON97. At the same time, I can save 10 cent/ litre of petrol price by choosing RON92.
Coincidentally, I won RM60 of Mobil petrol from MyFM cruiser. At the same time, I have to apply for their Smile card. This card is like the reward programme for the consumers to collect points when they fill petrol at Esso or Mobil petrol station. Then, both of these petrol stations do provide RON92! So, I decided to use their petrol and abandoned Shell petrol station.
