Bonus…
I received a good new before 2008 is ended. It was a SMS from my colleague. She informed me that our bonus is bank-in to our account. I was so happy and wanted to know how much it would be!
Then, I noticed the amount is far lesser than what I expected. Perhaps I have higher expectation on my company’s performance bonus. For your information, our bonus is divided into two parts: Staff’s Performance bonus and Company Performance bonus. We roughly knew our Staff’s Performance bonus after the appraisal. But the latter one is unknown.
Anyway, I joined this company less than one year. I wonder how they prorated my bonus or I am not eligible for something. Since it is a bonus, so I prefer to see it as something extra from what I suppose to get. I should be grateful.

Wah…congrats wo. In times like this, many companies do not give out performance bonuses. So good that your company is not one of them.
As for me, I am not putting so much hope on getting performance bonus la… am just glad I do get my contractual bonus next year and that I still have a job.

Congrats! got bonus is definitely better than nothing lar.. like my comp.. ~sigh.. i feel like 90% will not have ler… sad sad sad…
