I am quite into traveling forum recently. The forum is very useful for me to plan on my next trip to Bali. Then, I saw people asking about place to visit in Taiping. I know this place a lot because I am from Taiping!

So, I gave a lot of suggestion to the person who started the topic. The moment before I click on “submit” button, I realized all my recommendations were food related! I always relates it with food in Klang Valley, in term of price and quality! Now I know how much I love foods in Taiping. Now I know food that I eat in Klang Valley is just for keeping me alive.

Sound pathetic right? Do you like food in your hometown?

I decided utilizing my TGV free movie pass today as it is expiring soon. I went to Sunway Pyramid and redeem a “Watchmen” ticket. Yes, I watched it with myself only because it is a working day.

I thought this movie is something like X-men, Superman, Batman, or Ultraman kind of superhero movie, but I was totally disappointed! But, this is not the main point, the content of story is too empty and the story telling method just sucks!

I totally regretted with this movie. If I were given a choice again, I will go for Love Matter (A Singapore movie directed by Jack Neo). I believe it is much better than Watchmen. So far, Watchmen is the worst movie that I watched in year-2009!

I am not only a gym fanatic, I do go for outdoor activities as well! I went to Gunung Nuang for hiking few weeks ago with a group of friend and housemate.

For your information, Gunung Nuang is the highest mountain in Selangor with the total height of 1498 Meter. It is about one hour’s journey from Kuala Lumpur city central.

We didn’t manage hike up to the hill. Indeed, not even half of it. We saw a lot of people camping beside the waterfall area. I worn a pair old shoe on that day, and I really regretted with my stupid decision. I didn’t wear it for long time, so the outer layer was bit hard. The under layer of my shoe was gone off when I started come down from “the hill”. It was a tough journey indeed.

Sometime, outdoor activity is better than doing workout at FF. At least I can enjoy the natural fresh air~!

Public transport always is my first choice for long distance traveling. Driving is wasting of time if someone can drive me to the destination. I prefer watchind drama in bus while traveling.

I choose to take bus back to my hometown last Sunday. When I arrived, the sky welcomed me with heavy downpour. I couldn’t find a shelter or someone to pick me up and back to home. Then I stood at the outside of a closed-shop lot for more than an hour. The heavy rain wetted my dress.

I walked back to home when I thought the rain turn small. I was wet when I reached home… I felt so tired after this. Then, I knew I felt sick…

I was caught in cold. I didn’t want to see doctor for the same sickness within two weeks. I bought Chinese Herb Tea and hope that it could heal me. Luckily, it works! So, I am getting better and can blog about it!

The moral of story is… I think I am getting old. Last time I won’t fall sick with such small rain… Sigh…
