I should gain weight now…

My weight is 64.8 Kg, my height is 1.74 meter. I think this is quite a healthy number for my weight and height. But, I am still quite thin compared with the weight figure. I should look virile, but it is not. I don’t know why as well.

Perhaps I work too hard in gym and eat too little. You can see my green dinner then you know why I am still not growing muscle… Perhaps I should eat more for lunch, no more small-portion rice. Then I should have tea time during workout day.
Now I should put more concern on the overall of my body figure, rather than the figure of my weight. Gambateh!
