Forever 28~

I just signed up an insurance policy. The offer is from AIA telemarketer. They approached me because I have been holding their insurance plan few years ago until now. This new offer is about medical protection plan which can cover natural disaster. The premium is RM57/ month.

I thought this new policy plan is a Return of Premium (RoP) plan where they will refund the money that I have paid to them when the premium is matured. But I was wrong, so I decided to cancel this insurance premium within 15 days so that I could get full refund.

Now the dilemma is I will go to Bali in July. I read a prediction article said that July will have tsunami or some other bad things going to happen. I think this email is circulating around. If so touch woods something happen to me, I still get covered with this insurance policy. I know the premium is not so much, but I also don’t want to continue with a policy that I don’t want.

So, will you continue this policy because of that prediction?

I am supposed to go back for the by-election for Bukit Gantang. I didn’t go back to vote because the date was fall in weekday. It would be a lot of troublesome if I wanted to apply leave during weekday.

At the end, although I didn’t go, but the result remains unchanged. So, I am glad with it. How about you?

Not me, but ChubbyBoy is a fan of 阿桑. Last time, he likes her songs very much, especially the one hit wonder, 叶子. I couldn’t recall other latter songs that sang by阿桑.

Anyway, she died because of breast cancer last night. Rest in peach, 阿桑.

I know this album has been released since few months ago, but I just bought it today. Anyway, I have the MP3 version of this album for quite some time. Honestly, it is not necessary for me to get this original CD because I only play songs at my laptop and iPod (I don’t have CD player in my car! Crap!). Even now I have the CD, but I am still listening to the MP3 version, haha! Buying the original CD is just to show my gratitude to Fish Leong and the team for the good songs.

I went to Popular bookstore today to get some books, and then I bought this album at the same time. The selling price is RM39.50, but Popular members can get 10% discount. I got the membership card from SST, technically, I am not a member. I think the version that I purchased is for Malaysia only. The cover is  different with the one I put in my iTunes.

I love most of the songs in this album, especially the single, 别再为他流泪. I’ve played it for 44 times in my iTunes. Another 10 times then it could be the top 25 played in my list! Fish Leong, you still have long way to go, haha!

Downloading from internet is quite easy nowadays; do you still purchase original CD?

I stayed at Swiss Garden Resort at Kuantan last year for my company trip. It is a nice place for holiday. You can enjoy nice food, great scenery at the resort. But, certainly I just don’t like the furniture in its room. It looks old.

Few weeks ago, Chubby-boy came to KL for business trip. He booked a room at Swiss Garden Hotel near Pudu Raya. I don’t like that location because you might trap in traffic congested at that area. Anyway, I visited him during weekend and I love the furniture in the room.

The furniture is quite new and stylist. It is totally different with the one at Kuantan. But, nothing much you can do in the hotel. There is no good scenery but you can see people caught in the hectic jam.

About the hotel rate? I have no idea at all, because I am not the person who has to pay for it! Have you been to any other Swiss Garden Resort or hotel? What is your opinion about Swiss Garden?
