I have joined True Spa!
At the end, I signed up as a member at True Spa. Let me explain how the membership works:
The money that you paid for will be converted as credit. I am paying RM100 for 12 months, which mean I have 1200 credits in my member account. Then, they top up another 40% of my paid amount into my account. So, I have a total of 1680 credits in my member account. Then, you can use the credit in the account to purchase their service at True SPA. The credits can last for three years.
Let me explain about their menu with the price. They impose two types of charges for their service: member price and A-la-cart menu. A-la-cart is for walk-in customers where the charge is extremely high. Below is the price range for the services available at True Spa:
Facial treatment: RM 118 – RM 158
Body treatment wrap: RM 138
Massage: RM 50 – RM 189
Body polish: RM 48
Hydrobath: RM 68 – RM98
Hand & feet treatment: RM 22 – RM 79
Hair removal: RM 14 – RM 48
Apart of it, I get two items from the sales person after I signed up as the member: a pair of slipper and a small bath set. I plan to do facial and body polish at there. Hope will start my session as soon as possible~!
Hi, I happened to find your blog when I was googling for True Spa. I was offered the same package by them, RM1200 (12months installment) for 1800 credits but I haven’t made up my mind yet. I had read many complaints about them online about unable to book service slots, or need to book 2 months beforehand. Just wonder did you face the same problems? How is the quality of service?
