It is hard for me to believe that Teoh Beng Hock was committed suicide. I don’t know him, but there has no sign to show that he would be doing this.

Bank Negara announces the new design of RM50 banknote from 15th July 2009.This new note will be replacing the existing series. The previous design was introduced in December 2007. Within two years time, they have introduced another new design which come with various of innovative security! Based on the statements from Bank Negara, the new security features are:
The Colour Shifting Security Thread which replaces the existing security thread and is embedded in the paper. The thread appears on the reverse side of the note as coloured intermittent lines. When held against light, it is seen as a continuous dark coloured line and the repeated text of BNM RM50 can be read. When the note is tilted, the colour of the thread changes from red to green and vice versa. Under ultra-violet light, the repeated text of BNM RM50 will fluoresce yellow and the thread is seen as a continuous fluorescent yellow line when the banknote is viewed from the obverse.
The Two-Coloured Fluorescent Elements is an additional invisible printed feature on the reverse of the note. Under ultra-violet light, a complex design two-colour numeral 50 will fluoresce.
If you are a banknote collector, then you should keep few RM50 banknotes because they will stop the production of old design in future. I am not the collector, but I know there are a lot of them like to collect it.
After my virgin run at SCKLM, I registered myself for Men’s Health Night Run 2009! The run will be held on 25 July 2009 (Saturday) from 6pm – midnight! It’s going be a 11.5KM run.The registration fee is RM30, but I registered at HooHa.asia, so I have to pay another RM2 for online registration.
I believe the runner pack would be much better than SCKLM. The website has disclosed what’s inside the runner pack! It is worth RM300! The collection date for Men’s Health Night Run 2009 is on 23-24 July 2009 at Stadium Merdeka.
It will be 1.5KM further than my first run, and it is next week! I still haven’t started my training for this run… I don’t put any hope to get the finisher medal, as it is only limited medals will be given for fast finishers. I just hope I can complete this run. Finger crossed!
I have quite some time didn’t not update my blog because I am in holidays. Also, there are a lot of ups and downs in my life, feel like lazy to update my blog as well.
However, I am back now. I will start telling my holidays stories. See ya~!

After freezing my Fitness First membership and go for True Fitness, now I finally back to Fitness First. It is still the fitness center that I like the most, so far.
I think I have been to few fitness center in KL, let me do a summary on that based on my ranking.
1)Fitness First
The Menara Axis branch actually give free parking after 5pm. I like this point. They also have a lot of branches in PJ and KL. So, I have no problem to access the center, nice location for me. Apart of it, I prefer the environment there. I can rest at juice bar and having drinks (FOC) while reading paper. I don’t feel like lost and had nothing to do while resting.
However, I hope they would have more space, more classes~!
2)True Fitness
This could be my second choice if someday I am far away from FF OR they provide the service like FF does. True Fitness well known with the space. They really have huge space and a lot of machines. I have been at True Fitness at Jaya33. There have swimming pool!
The membership that offers by TF is also cheaper than FF. As long as you know how to bargain, you definitely can get cheaper deal. Remember, determination is the key. They are actually desperately need members because of the huge space. Oh yeah, their group exercise classes are more than FF!
3)Celebrity Fitness
This is the first fitness center that I joined, and I will never back again! Nothing that I like at Celebrity Fitness. Perhaps I don’t like the environment at all. But I heard at Subang branch has free nursery service, perhaps this could attract more mum to go there? They also give free towel service for customers, but I still prefer to use my own towel. They are running promotion in 365 days. Don’t worry you will miss anything.
However, I hope to visit Clark Hatch some day. I don’t know but I have no interest in California Fitness. I heard they offer the cheapest membership compared to other. Anyway, the above comments just based on my personal preference. Hope it could help you to choose a right fitness center.
