Lack of exercise…

It has been one week I didn’t visit to gym, that’s really unusual to me. I visit to gym about two to three times a week depending on the schedule. However, I didn’t go for the passed week!
I noticed I get hungry easily. I tell myself that would be caused of my metabolism rate is high. Hence I need more food :D. I keep eating crackers, finger foods after meal. Besides, my meal portion is obviously bigger than last time. I drink soft drinks and so on! OMG, I just hope tummy don’t come back again.
