Forever 28~

This is my second time I fly to Manila from Kuala Lumpur. Perhaps many of you will think AirAsia flies to Manila, but that is not true. For now, AirAsia only flies to Clark and it is about one hour journey by car to Manila. So, I choose to fly with Cebu Pacific Airline from Kuala Lumpur to Manila.

You have to go to Low Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT) to take Cebu Pacific flights and arrive at Terminal 3, Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). Usually it is not so crowded in the queue compare with AirAsia flights. Cebu Pacific Airline is the largest local airline in The Philippines. You can see from their website to know their coverage in The Philippines. During promotion period, you can get very affordable tickets fly to your dream destinations. I spent about RM 400 for Kuala Lumpur – Manila return flight this time.

One thing I like about Cebu Pacific is their flight always very punctual. So far, I never encountered any flight delay. I hope they can continue with this good job because flight delay is really annoying.

Finally, I have chance to present my research study in conference. I presented my paper in International Conference on E-Learning & Knowledge Management Technology 2011 (ICEKMT 2011) today. The conference was held in Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur. According to plan, this conference was scheduled for two days (8-9 July 2011) but due to low number of registrations from the authors, the organizer managed to put everything in one day. I was excited and looking forward because this is my first time present paper in conference.
Actually, my paper is also being accepted in the other conference held in Lisbon. If I took that offer, I can travel to Lisbon with sponsor from the university. Then, this ICEKMT 2011 said all accepted paper will be indexed in their journal, sounds good. So, I decided to stay in KL for this conference. But, if you ask me now to go to Lisbon or stay, I will say Lisbon.
I got to know few people in the conference, literally few people because of not many scholars participated in this conference. I would not say this is disappointing, but I do expect better one. Or, exchange it to Lisbon trip, haha!

This is the second time I stay in Hotel Desaria, and I booked the hotel from Agoda website for both times. It is a budget hotel with clean environment. I’ve stayed in a few budget hotels for short trip and I found a few advantage for this hotel:

• Affordable (RM 65 per night for double room, RM49 for single)
• Cleanliness
• Equipped with proper furniture like chair, spacious toilet, comes with towel, coffee making facilities, LCD TV with selected paid channels (StarMovies, ESPN, Pheonix, Macau Lotus)
• Helpful staff
• High-speed wifi connection, FREE!

Disadvantage:

• The location is quite apart and lack of public transport.
• The bed is not so comfortable.

But overall I am quite satisfied with this hotel. That’s why I come for second stay:)

Moving out from HEAF, and now I am staying in an apartment unit. I named it as BPY.

Staying in an apartment unit is like staying in a “floating box”, because I don’t feel like stepping on the ground. For the past few years (can’t recall how many years exactly), I was staying with few friends in landed house. We rented a house which consist of five rooms, amazing. But to be honest, the house’s conditions was not good, but we managed to stay for years, another amazing.

After shifting to this new place, I found that I am so lazy to go out. It is like going to get my car park few hundred meters away is quite annoying. Furthermore, if I forgot to bring something with me, then I have to go up again and get it. Then, if I bought many things home, I have to carry it up to the apartment unit, and this is unpleasant.

However, I like this new place too although food court is far away from me. But, here is quite near with McDonald~! Let’s has a glimpse on living room and place that i watch DVD in BPY…

I don’t remember when was it begun, but I believe it was more than four years ago. HEAF, used to be the name for our home-sweet-home. It consists of three young chaps and two ladies. Then, one young chap left HEAF to pursue his dream land of money and love (sequence is important). A couple months later, there is another strange young chap joined to this happy land, for long vacation, for office, for life abandonment? Who cares? Then, he left for another cleaner and cooler place for… I don’t know either…

At the end of May 2011, it has marked the full stop for this HEAF. For good reasons of course, marriage, love, and new path of life. Four to five years are not a really long duration in our life. If you can live for 80 years on earth, there are 20 four-year in your life. But within these four years, what you have gone through is really important.
HEAF is not died yet. I believe (and wish) they have found their own HEAF for the rest of their live. And when the right time has come, I will find mine too~!
