So, I freeze my membership at Fitness First for two months and will go to True Fitness during my freeze period. It is cheaper and I can change environment as well. For your information, I have been with Fitness First for two years plus, and I still loving it, haha!

Anyway, I don’t see myself will sign long term with True Fitness. Since the promotion fees for short term is so tempted, so I just give myself a chance to workout at different environment. If you are interested with this promotion, you can follow the steps below to download the SMS voucher!

My green dinner

Posted by admin on Apr-18-2009

I am getting tire with zap fan dinner. I normally eat zap fan during lunch hour. Then, if I didn’t cook at night, I will go dabao zap fan for dinner again.

Chubby-boy keeps telling me not to have zap fan too often because it is not good for health. Hey, I believe most of the working people like me eating zap fan day and night. I feel lazy to prepare my own dinner especially after workout. But, this time I took his concern into account and went to wet market and buy some vegetables for dinner.

So, now you can see my dinner was only consisting vegetable and egg. I hope to take this opportunity to do “cleaning” for my stomach also~! How often do you have zap fan for dinner?

A trip to Gunung Nuang

Posted by admin on Mar-18-2009

I am not only a gym fanatic, I do go for outdoor activities as well! I went to Gunung Nuang for hiking few weeks ago with a group of friend and housemate.

For your information, Gunung Nuang is the highest mountain in Selangor with the total height of 1498 Meter. It is about one hour’s journey from Kuala Lumpur city central.

We didn’t manage hike up to the hill. Indeed, not even half of it. We saw a lot of people camping beside the waterfall area. I worn a pair old shoe on that day, and I really regretted with my stupid decision. I didn’t wear it for long time, so the outer layer was bit hard. The under layer of my shoe was gone off when I started come down from “the hill”. It was a tough journey indeed.

Sometime, outdoor activity is better than doing workout at FF. At least I can enjoy the natural fresh air~!

I am a gym fanatic!

Posted by admin on Mar-10-2009

Yesterday, I went to gym twice in a day! I attended morning Body Step at Menara Axis, and then I went to Uptown Fitness First again with my housemate in the evening. Despite the evening session was the second session of the day, but I was doing the normal workout routine as well.

My current weight is 67KG. I keep convincing myself that muscle is denser than fat (which is true ya), so my weight keeps increasing… But I know I have been eating too much lately. I have to work harder in making my statement more convincing!

This evening I will go to Body Pump class, I am a gym fanatic now… muhhahaah!!

Durian.. oh Durian…

Posted by admin on Jul-29-2008

I have quite a long time didn’t have Durian. I remembered it used to be famous local fruit in my family about 15 years ago. We were gathered together and craving for this luxury fruit (it used to be very expensive).

However, we stopped to consume it long time ago due to it is quite heatty. We thought it is full with cholesterol. But, when I searched for the durian nutrition fact, it said 0% cholesterol in Durian. But it is still high in calories and fat.

The good: This food is very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Thiamin, Vitamin B6 and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin C.

I had a small durian when I went back to hometown few weeks ago. I am not a durian fanatic, but I don’t mind to have it occasionally. Besides, now I can “open” the durian by my own, haha!!
