Now, you can fly from Kuala Lumpur to London with AirAsia! Today, AirAsia X launched their new route to London with the lowest airfare. It is only RM499/ one way. You can book your ticket starting now until 30 Nov 2008. The travel period is from 11th March 2009 to 24 Oct 2009. I’ve checked my schedule, the time that I am available is in the promotion period. The total return airfare from KL to London is RM1387.00 ONLY!

This is really a tempting promotion. I wanted to go there but this is not my plan for next year. What about you?

I am going to Bali with AirAsia~

Posted by admin on Nov-13-2008

I have booked two return tickets to Bali on first day of the AirAsia Free Seat promotion! I am so happy with it!

As you know, AirAsia has abolished fuel surcharge that imposed to their customers before. Without the fuel surcharge and air fare, I managed to book two return flight tickets plus GoInsure with RM176 only. I decided to check-in one luggage when I come back, it is only RM5 extra. So, I paid RM181 in total!

I will travel to Bali on July 2009. It is really an amazing deal! Have you booked your free seats for traveling? Where will you go?

Free seats and no fuel surcharge from AirAsia

Posted by admin on Nov-11-2008

Just few hours later, AirAsia is going to have amazing price slash for its flight seats. As I know, they are giving away half million of free seats to all the destinations! Besides, there is no fuel surcharge for the seat sold after today! I’ve checked seat price for few destinations, it is really affordable when they decided to remove fuel surcharge. So, I am aiming free seat to Bali or Phuket~! It would be amazing low price!

Bangkok: Conclusion

Posted by admin on Oct-31-2008

I’ve been writing for the whole month about my Bangkok trip. I just want to make this month as the traveling month for my blog. Tomorrow is the other brand new month, perhaps I should start with the other new topic.

There are few problems that we encountered while in Bangkok. The first thing is about the communication. I noticed that we were hardly to communicate with the local people by using English. Second, there are so many 7-11 in Bangkok, try not to use it as a landmark for your direction. Then, try not to believe tourist scam. They will cheat you that the tourist spots are closed and give you few other suggestions. Normally, this is scam! So, please be aware!

There another special thing that I found out in Bangkok. They actually have specific time to sell their alcoholic drinks. I tried to buy beer out of that period and the cashier refused my purchase. So, I captured the notice for the future reference!

Okay, it is the end of my Bangkok post. Hope I’ve provided you some useful information about Bangkok~

Bangkok: Place of interest

Posted by admin on Oct-29-2008

It was my first time to Bangkok, so I have visited few tourism spots in Bangkok. The Free & Easy package that we bought from MATTA fair does include Chao Phraya River trip. So, we followed the trip early of the morning. What I can say is the river is dirty, haha!

Then, we went to Wat Arun, Temple of the Dawn after the river cruise. The entrance fee is 50 Baht per pax. I think the architecture is nice, just quite difficult to climb, especially when you are coming down.

We continue out tour to Grand Palace. The entrance fee is 350 baht; I heard it used to be 300 baht when the time my friend visited.  Due to the extremely hot weather, I just simply took a spin in Grand Palace. But, it is really an amazing place.

We spent two days for shopping, and ONLY one day for so many attractions in Bangkok. We didn’t visit to “tiger-show”, floating market. Perhaps next time will visit there, or maybe not again, haha!
